Get on the Move

Welcome Wyoming Movers!

If moving to a new house or apartment is in your immediate plans, you’re not alone. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, some 37 million people went from one location to another just five years ago.
Who are these movers?
While they cover a wide range of demographics, the majority of movers (more than 35 percent) were folks in the 22-28 years of age category.

Make the Process Simple

In the event you will be moving soon or down the road, there are several steps you should take to make for as smooth a process as possible. Among them:
  • Checklist

Put together a checklist of items that will need to be shipped and which items you will be taking yourself.

  • Questions

Have questions ready for the movers regarding costs, targeted dates for pickup and delivery, insurance, and what happens if something is damaged.

  • Additions

If your move is just across afar, will the movers be able to ship your vehicle or vehicles, motorcycles and other larger items?

  • Preparation

Check to see what you are responsible for packaging and what the movers will handle. Remember to take extra care with anything that is fragile.

  • Apartments

If you are moving to an apartment, be sure to let the movers know if you are on an upper floor. The movers will need to take into account things like where to park the truck when they deliver your goods and also accessing stairs.

Moving is something that just about everyone goes through once or multiple times in their lives. By doing your part, movers can then best hold up their end of the deal.
